1. Commission Structure: Store Credit

All commissions earned through the Affiliate Program are initially issued as Store Credit rather than cash or electronic transfer.

• Store Credit Terms: Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value outside of our store, and may be used toward the purchase of any available products.

• Proven Track Record: At the Company’s sole discretion, an Affiliate may be moved to a cash-based payout system (e.g., PayPal or Direct Deposit) once they have established a proven track record of sales.

  • Criteria for this transition typically include a minimum volume of consistent, high-quality sales over a period of at least [Insert Number, e.g., 3–6] months and a 0% rate of compliance violations.

• Requesting a Review: Once you believe you have met the performance standards, you may submit a request to the Affiliate Manager for a formal account review.

2. Commission Eligibility

Commissions are earned exclusively under the following conditions:

• New Customers Only: Commissions are paid only on the first purchase made by a new customer (an individual with no prior purchase history or existing account).

• Self-Referral Prohibition: You are strictly prohibited from using your own affiliate link to place orders. Commissions will not be paid on an Affiliate’s own orders.

3. FDA Compliance & Marketing Guidelines

Because our products are regulated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), your marketing must remain strictly compliant.

• No Disease Claims: You may not claim our products treat, cure, prevent, or diagnose any medical condition.

• Prohibited Content: Avoid using medical terminology or comparing products to prescription drugs.

• Mandatory Disclaimer: All promotional content must include the following:

  "These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease."

4. Violations and Penalties

Failure to adhere to these terms, particularly regarding FDA compliance or self-referrals, will result in:

1. Immediate Account Closure: Termination of your affiliate status.

2. Forfeiture of Funds: We reserve the right to withhold all pending store credit and commissions if a violation occurs.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, any unused store credit earned through the program may be voided if the termination is due to a breach of the compliance or self-referral policies.
